Our 15-year relationship with Pratt Institute began with a comprehensive campus master plan that addressed circulation, materials and furnishings appropriate to landmark structures, and the development of spaces to serve multiple functions. Eight projects have been completed on campus to date. A new student gathering area creates a welcome transition from the central mall to academic buildings. Reconfiguration of the northeast sector of campus includes three courtyards in a new dormitory and simplifies pedestrian and vehicle circulation.

Ryerson Walk replaces a demapped street and establishes the future open space character of the campus that highlights the school’s sculpture collection.
