For more than 10 years, we have provided planning, design and maintenance consulting services to Manhattan’s Kips Bay Condominium. Subsequent to a master plan that assessed the planting quality and effectiveness at these two towers designed by I.M. Pei, we redesigned the interior courtyard with new pavements, walkways and plantings. Identifying a need for play areas, we landscaped a parking garage roof to offer a play and sitting area and subsequently designed a play area to meet the evolving needs of the owners.
