Pine Cove provides assisted living facilities for its senior citizen residents on a five acre property that abuts a saltwater wetland and residential community. The facility includes 175 units and a wing for residents with Alzheimer’s disease. Our design organizes the site into distinctive landscape types; a formal entry greets residents and visitors, while a wandering garden invites strolling. Residents can also plant their own garden areas and enjoy an interior courtyard and fragrance garden. As the property approaches the wetland, the landscape becomes less manicured and more natural.
