Southtown is in the process of becoming the next major residential neighborhood on Roosevelt Island. Comprising nine buildings on 18 acres, the site has magnificent views and one-half mile of river frontages.

Our design concept celebrates the expansive views established by the building and infrastructure relationships. The visual corridors become the rhythmic element used to organize places and spaces.
