As part of a $1.9 billion retail and cultural development in Columbus Circle, Mathews Nielsen designed related streetscape improvements and distinctive entry features for the residential, corporate, cultural, and commercial tenants.

On the 24th floor of the residential tower, Mathews Nielsen collaborated with Ken Smith, Landscape Architect, to design a dramatic 9,500 square foot terrace for communal use by the condominium owners. Features include metal planters that frame Hudson River views, a raised entertainment deck, and an outdoor dining area with full outdoor kitchen.
