Chase Mitchell

Senior Landscape Designer

Chase Mitchell is a Senior Landscape Designer committed to bridging the gap between the urban human experience and the ecologies that shape it. His academic research offers a novel contribution to the field, examining the interconnectivity of building materials, plant life, and anthropocentric landscapes — most notably through an intensive study of architectural ruins across New York’s Hudson Valley.
Chase brings a well-rounded and grounded approach to the discipline, with experience spanning master planning, streetscape design, planting design, and landscape contracting. From concept to construction, he thrives at every stage of the process, blending ecological insight with technical precision. He received a Master in Landscape Architecture from Pratt Institute in 2025, and graduated with an Award for Excellence in Academic Achievement.
