4610 Center Boulevard, formerly known as East Coast 3, is part of a complex of seven buildings that lie at the north end of Hunter's Point on the former Pepsi Cola bottling plant site. They have transformed this Long Island City location from a post-industrial, contaminated waterfront to a vibrant and walkable neighborhood.

Designed as part of a pair of buildings that bookend a public park, the ground floor garden responds to the geometry of its neighbor while introducing more amenities. The upper terrace offers spectacular sunset views toward the Manhattan skyline with well-appointed furnishings for intimate conversation and dining.
